Job description
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Coordinating service activities, including:
a) Answering & transferring phone calls from customers;
b) Update and maintain service data in the ERP system, analyzing the data and forwarding them to billing team responsible person;
c) Provide customers out of warranty with service contract and SP quotation;
d) Check the account balance with customers and responsible for collect money on weekly basis;
e) FAP collecting support;
f) Consolidate DSR, export to ERP system & process with service Tips.
2) Obtaining regular progress updates for work orders.
3) Coordination with finance and responsible on service case A/R collection.
4) Support the Spare Return Part Collection.
5) Local office administration support if necessary

Local Chinese

1) College degree in office administration or relative majors;
2) Good knowledge of office administration, working experience in multinational corporation is preferred;
3) Practical knowledge of Office tools, can operate BaaN IV, ERP LN and databases;
4) Good attitude, clear expression, good ability of organization and coordination, independent and flexible.
5) Good knowledge of written and spoken English
